We’re looking for the best in digital talent - an experienced paid media manager to join our fast growth agency and tight knit team of expert marketers.

The role

  • Lead the day to day management of our wonderful clients.
  • Own the relationship between activation, creative briefing and client communication.
  • Drive innovation across our clients, delivering the best results and highest quality of service.
  • Proactively strive to test and learn across accounts.
  • Work across paid social (priority) and paid search.

What we are looking for

  • A paid media analyst with experience planning and executing campaigns across Paid Social and Paid Search.
  • Experience creating and implementing testing plans and strategies, across the full funnel.
  • A long term planner who also has the ability to react to quickly changing trends and advancements in technology
  • An ability to troubleshoot across various accounts and find ways to optimise and maximise performance.
  • An independent and proactive communicator who can work well with clients and loves to build relationships.
  • A creative eye to offer creative insight and recommendations of top performing industry creatives.
  • An inquisitive interest in attribution and cross channel marketing models.
  • Up to date on key industry changes, both in platforms and the wider digital marketing landscape.
  • A multi-tasker who is able to manage their time and priorities.

Must haves

  • 3+ years experience leading Paid Social campaigns for ecommerce brands, ideally within an agency
  • Deep understanding of the Meta platform including campaign structure, QA, creative best practices, reporting, analysis, catalogs, and pixel troubleshooting.
  • Experience delivering creative briefs for internal teams and clients.

Desirable experience

  • Managing Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads.
  • Across multiple markets, in particular the US.
  • An ability to set up and manage client dashboards using Looker Studio.
  • Auditing new accounts and pitching for new business.
