Nationwide Management Services are looking for a Fire and Security Engineer to join our team based in Liverpool, covering the width and breadth of the England. We have a number of sites across the country that require our expertise and knowledge.
We require our Fire and Security Engineers to work predominantly Monday – Friday 8am-4.30pm with overtime available and on-call options.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Install and maintain Fire and Security Systems.
- Surveying client sites to create a detailed report.
- Respond to service calls on all types of Fire and Security systems in line with current standards and customer requirements.
- Plan and respond to routine and re-active call visits.
- Liaising directly with clients on a daily basis.
- Working at heights.
- Attend training sessions as and when required.
- Attend Engineering Team meetings and reporting in to Liverpool head office as and when required.
Fire and Security Engineer requirements:
Essentials:
- Have an ECS Card.
- Have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Have good customer service skills.
- Be professional always, maintaining the reputation of our organisation.
- Proven experience of servicing fire or security equipment.
- Drivers License.
Desirables:
- Familiarity with various manufacturers' systems specifically Evacuator and Wes3.
- Desirable qualifications: IPAF, CSCS, FIA, British Consortium, and/or City & Guilds
