More about your role

As an Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager in achieving their objectives by leading the operative team. You'll deputise for the General Manager in their absence and ensure the effective day to day running of the centre is of an exceptional standard.

• Comprehension of Microsoft Office products including word and excel
• First Aid Qualification or equivilent
• Able to respond efficiently and quickly to all staff and customer concerns, feeding back key information to the General Manager
• Experienced in promoting a good working environment whilst monitoring and supporting staff.
