Belvoir South are a growing Estate Agent based in Morley Town Centre. We are looking to recruit a Property Administrator to join our ever extending team to work at our Morley office. This is an exciting opportunity for those looking for a varied role and gain some industry experience in the property sector.

This is a front-line position working within the team; the successful candidate will be well presented with excellent telephone and face to face communication skills & capable of prioritising work.

Accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality are a necessity.

It is essential to be extremely well-organised and motivated with excellent customer service skills, have a professional approach and enjoy working as part of a small team in a busy office environment.

Industry experience is preferred but not essential, as a minimum you will need to have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focused environment.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound telephone calls & making external calls
  • Booking & organising viewings
  • Organising the office diary
  • Property advertising
  • Handling email enquiries
  • Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
  • Credit & referencing responsibility
  • Maintaining Legal compliance
  • Updating utilities
  • Property maintenance handling and co-ordinating

Skills required:

  • Basic computer knowledge & not be afraid to learn (Training will be provided on the property software management system)
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Office environment experience preferred
  • Great ability to work as part of a team to achieve targets
  • The ability to work towards tight deadlines

37.5 hours per week working Monday - Saturday each week with time off in lieu for the Saturday morning worked

Contract length: 12 month fixed term contract with the potential to extend.
