Junior Sales Negotiator

We are looking to recruit a full time Junior Sales Negotiator as an addition to join our existing team.

You should ideally have experience of working in an estate agent and have a positive and resilient attitude (the right fit is most important for us so we will consider those without estate agency experience). You are an enthusiastic person who can demonstrate a willingness to learn and work as part of a team. Excellent communication, literacy and IT skills are a must. Being a car owner is essential.

A competitive package is offered dependant on experience:

• Basic salary.
• Plus, uncapped commission as a percentage of net company turnover.
• Plus, half year and yearly bonuses.
• Plus, business mileage at 45p a mile.
• Plus, pension payments.
