About the Role
As a PR and Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Marketing team across all areas, with a focus on our PR strategy. This is a hands-on role involving a variety of tasks such as media relations, content creation, and administrative support, helping to deliver impactful PR campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Media Relations Support:
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
- Assist with media outreach by sending press releases and updates.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Content Creation & Editing:
- Draft and proofread content for property features and marketing materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and maintains high standards of accuracy and clarity.
Administrative Support:
- Coordinate with stakeholders to handle property coverage from selection to final output.
- Maintain and update media contact databases for efficient outreach.
- Respond to media and stakeholder inquiries, directing them appropriately.
General Marketing Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including managing vendor relationships and coordinating with suppliers.
- Support day-to-day marketing operations as required.

Experience:
- At least 1 year in a similar role or relevant work experience (internships included).
Qualifications:
- Degree in PR, Communications, or a related field.
