Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be enrolled on a level 6 degree apprenticeship in either Leeds or Manchester, depending on location. The apprenticeship will take 4 years to complete, and you will be on campus for around 24 days each year. This is a great opportunity to join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience while continuing your education through a higher apprenticeship course. As a level 6 apprentice, you will play a key role in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns for HWL Windows. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a fast-paced industry and gain exposure to various aspects of digital marketing, including content creation, email marketing, website maintenance and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating engaging content for email campaigns, social media, and website updates.
• Designing marketing materials using Canva.
• Coordinate and manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
• Write and edit copy for marketing materials, ensuring it aligns with the company’s tone and brand guidelines.
• Analyse and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure digital marketing efforts align with business goals.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and new marketing technologies.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of industry-relevant experience.
• Experience using design tools like Canva / Adobe Suite.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
• Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: £24,960 per annum
