Barber

Cut&Co. is looking for a Barber to provide excellent service to our clients in a clean and professional manner. We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills.

Requirements:

• Must have a great attitude and be able to work with all types of personalities.
• Must have great customer service skills.
• Must be able to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Must have good computer skills.

• Must be able to cut hair, beard trimming, and nail polish.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough interview with prospective clients to determine their needs and expectations.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns and requests.
• Perform all tasks according to company standards and procedures. Maintain the cleanliness of the barber station, including the upkeep of the barber station sink, shampoo dispenser, blow dryer, mirror, and other shop equipment.
• Perform all tasks according to company procedures when processing client requests, such as checking out, billing, and returning client payments. Communicate with clients regarding their needs and receive payment from them before beginning services. Ensure that all services are performed according to company procedures before ending a session (e.g., notifying clients of scheduled appointments).
