Job Role: Weekend Supported Housing Worker
Salary: £7,840 per year (full-time equivalent £24,500) | hourly rate of £12.56
Hours: 12 hours per week
Contract type: Permanent
Location: Somerset East & Somerset (mainly Frome & Shepton Mallet)

The Role:
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in providing person-centred support and housing management to individuals who have experienced rough sleeping and have high support needs. Working across four dispersed units, you’ll build strong relationships with residents to encourage engagement, reduce barriers, and support them in maintaining their tenancy while working towards greater independence.
You’ll work closely with the weekday Support Worker to ensure a seamless and consistent approach, helping an average of four clients on their journey towards stability and a brighter future.
