Job Purpose

The Blake Made Account Manager manages the relationship between the clients and Blake Made. Their purpose is to develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients, and grow the sales revenue, volume and margin for each account.

Key Responsibilities will include

• Customer Service
• Customer Retention
• Email Management
• CRM Management
• Telephone Quotation Follow-Up
• Develop Relationships for Client Growth
• Client Performance Monitoring and Reporting
• Booking Regular Client Face-to-Face Meetings
• Quarterly Customer Review Meetings

Required Skills & Experience

• Excellent communication skills
• Confident on the phone in an open office
• Excellent delegation
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience with MS Office products (Excel, Outlook, teams)
