We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join our team—someone with a proven track record in driving income performance, membership growth, swim school sales, and destination revenue within the leisure industry. The Role
As Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for delivering strong commercial results across our venues. Your focus will include:
- Maximising all income streams, including membership sales, swim school enrolments, secondary spend, and group bookings.
- Driving membership growth and retention through innovative strategies and outstanding member experiences.
- Developing swim school programmes, increasing enrolments, and enhancing member satisfaction.
- Leading and developing teams to achieve ambitious commercial targets.
- Identifying opportunities for growth, increasing footfall, and enhancing profitability.
Ensuring compliance with income codes, processes, and financial policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue across all key areas: memberships, swim school sales, secondary income streams, and other activities.
Manage budgets for all income streams, ensuring financial targets are achieved and reported accurately.
- Drive membership acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through targeted campaigns and effective leadership.
- Deliver growth in swim school enrolments and ensure high-quality program delivery.
Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with operational teams to align commercial objectives with overall venue performance.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop team members to achieve personal and business goals.
About You

- A strong background in commercial management within the leisure, fitness, or destination sector.
- Experience managing complex income streams, including swim school operations and secondary income.
- Proven success in delivering growth in membership, swim school, and member retention.
