The opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to join our IT team. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth delivery of projects, particularly integrations, and maintaining high service standards for our new colleagues. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating tasks and stakeholders to meet deadlines, preventing delays, and enhancing our project delivery efficiency.
As a highly acquisitive business, this position is essential to achieving our goals and transitioning them into our central IT environment. The Project Coordinator will also take responsibility for implementing an Asset Management system to track and manage equipment effectively.
Key areas of responsibility include:-
Project Coordination:
- Assist in developing and maintaining project timelines and schedules.
- Identify and address administrative tasks required internally and externally to ensure project milestones are met.
- Collaborate with third parties to identify and resolve blockers.
Number Porting Management:
- Oversee the telephony number porting process to ensure readiness for new system implementation.
- Handle rejections due to minor errors and manage follow-ups to complete porting efficiently.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Prepare and distribute project status reports.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to prevent surprises during project delivery.
Acquisition Contract Tracking:
- Monitor acquisition contracts to ensure timely notices are served, avoiding unnecessary costs due to auto-renewals.
Asset Management Implementation:
- Establish and maintain an Asset Management system to track equipment for 700+ integrated team members.
- Address housekeeping needs and perform retrospective audits as required.

- Experience in project administration, coordination or similar roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with asset management systems and processes
