Multi Skilled Operative

Leeds – Roseville road

Full Time Permanent 38 hours per week

Salary up to £36,745.43 per annum, plus, company vehicle & fuel card

About the Role:

This role involves a variety of tasks related to property maintenance and refurbishment, including bathroom and kitchen fitting, general joinery, and plumbing. Responsibilities include installing and repairing fixtures, cabinets, and appliances, as well as hanging doors, fitting skirting boards, and ensuring all plumbing systems are installed and functioning correctly. As part of a local team, the goal is to deliver high-quality repairs and refurbishment services to housing properties, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to safety, quality, and cost control standards.

Key Criteria:

• Core trade’s in joinery and plumbing additionally plastering and tiling.
• Previous experience in the trade
• UK full driving
• Provide own hand tools.

To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
