About your role: 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Study Skills Mentor to join our college community and play a key role in supporting students with identified learning needs, including those with EHCPs. In this role, you’ll deliver targeted study skills sessions and introduce assistive technologies to help remove barriers to learning and promote independence. You’ll work closely with curriculum and support teams to create a joined-up approach to student support, contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment. This is a student-focused role that requires strong communication, adaptability, and a commitment to empowering learners to succeed.
