We have an opportunity for a Business Service Associate to join our team of staff.

This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week.

Duties of this role include:

  • You are responsible for the daily administration of the purchasing catalogue
  • You are responsible for setting up new suppliers, completing fraud checks and IR35 assessments
  • Maintaining all vendor and consultant accounts with a high level of accuracy to meet audit requirements
  • Working as part of a team with the objective of reducing consultant debt, keeping queries to a minimum and maximising recoveries
  • Dealing with telephone and email queries in a professional manner to provide an excellent level of service
  • You support change and the review of business services processes to improve overall efficiency.
  • You ensure compliance with statutory and group obligations, as well as company policy.
  • You undertake any necessary filing and document management.
  • You respond to ad-hoc requests from Business Services management team.
  • You comply with all relevant mandatory training.
