Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the fight against homelessness? We are looking for a dedicated and strategic leader to oversee our Housing Solutions Front Door team, the first point of contact for individuals and families in crisis.

The Role: 

• As Housing Solutions Front Door Manager you will ensure that those seeking support receive timely, person-centred, and trauma-informed care, helping prevent homelessness where possible and providing urgent assistance when needed. 
• In the role as the Housing Sultions Front Door Manager you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration with internal departments and external partners to deliver high-quality housing solutions and support services in line with legislative requirements.
• Within the Housing Solutions Front Door Manager dedicated role of ou will play a critical role in service development, performance monitoring, and partnership engagement, representing the Housing Directorate in key local authority initiatives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to compassionate leadership and proactive homelessness prevention, we’d love to hear from you.
