We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Listing Agent to join our team in Leeds. The Leeds branch is part of the Ascend Properties network, with the Head Office in South Manchester and five branches throughout the north and midlands. Operating throughout Great Britain and managing over 10,000 homes, the portfolio is continually growing.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate should be results driven, seasoned property professional with a deep understanding of the property market. We would expect the candidate to thrive in high pressure environments, possess exceptional negotiation skills, and are adept at building and maintaining client relationships. They will be motivated, strategic, and passionate about achieving excellence in every transaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners and clients.
  • Identifying new leads and generating new business to improve performance
  • Create and maintain accurate, comprehensive, and engaging property listings on various platforms (websites, property portals, etc.).
  • Canvass and prospect in order to engage and win new business
  • Guide clients through the listing process, offering expert advice on pricing and market trends.

  • Hold a Full clean UK driving licence
  • Highly motivated and self-driven.

  • Coordinate property appraisals and ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and administrative teams to optimise service.

  • Track listing performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
