Hudson Banks is an International Recruitment Firm based in South Cerney with a prestigious client base working with the Top 10 firms in the accountancy industry. With year-on-year growth from our inception in 2010, we are seeking another talented individual to join our expanding team.

The Senior Administrator role is incredibly varied and is the linchpin to the success of Hudson Banks. You will be responsible for proof-reading candidate CV’s, arranging interviews, communicating with clients and candidates in a timely and professional manor, and supporting a high performing team in placing accounting professionals with their clients.

Salary: £25,000-£30,000 (Depending on Experience) Plus additional bonus based on company performance.

This role will have the following responsibilities:

  • Reviewing & updating candidate CVs
  • Arranging candidate interviews
  • Diary management
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Updating databases & maintaining inhouse systems
  • Ad hoc duties, such as compiling reports, as required

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Minimum two years office administration experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Self-motivated & keen to learn
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Good relationship building skills
  • Confident on the telephone
