Cleaning Operative will ensure exemplary standards of cleaning and Customer Service are always provided to the client and visitors to the site. The role will be the public face of the cleaning team and should always act with professionalism. A can-do attitude is essential in this highly influential role.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Be an ambassador of the site delivering first class guest focused service each time.
- Works as a team player in meeting guest needs and actively contributing to the efforts of all departments.
- Continuously look for opportunities to be of assistance to visitors at the centre, proactively helping wherever opportunities arise.
- Ensuring all incidents are managed in accordance with site policies and procedures.
Essential Requirements:
We require a proactive person who is friendly, approachable, had great attention to detail and is a good communicator.
Qualifications:
IOSH working safely is welcome but not essential as we deliver this training in house.
