Job Requirements/Description

About the role :

  • Receiving incoming requests for repairs/maintenance
  • Monitoring the helpdesk email
  • Logging jobs via Topdesk
  • Updating clients on job progress
  • Corresponding with contractors
  • Scheduling maintenance appointments
  • Communicating progress to clients/contractors
  • Maintaining the correct records
  • Shadowing Property Support Manager and attending meetings
  • Assist with property related tasks
  • Potential to progress into a Property Manager role
  • Hybrid working, with weekly team meetings
  • Full-time role, with competitive salary

Skills required:

  • Basic understanding of property/facilities management and IT literate
  • Customer-focused and professional attitude
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload efficiently
  • Positive 'can do' attitude desired
