Responsibilities

The Role:

As a Customer Compliance Officer, you will:

  • Investigate and manage product quality complaints, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
  • Lead internal consistency panels to maintain product quality.
  • Maintain the Authenticate tracking system for raw material traceability.
  • Oversee Brandbank management, ensuring accurate product specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns.

Qualifications

The Candidate:

As a Customer Compliance Officer, you should have:

  • Proven experience in product quality management, ideally within the food industry.
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with Authenticate or similar tracking systems.
  • Experience managing Brandbank or similar databases.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
