Financial Planning Administrator

Location: Innsworth Business Park (moving to hybrid with training)

Hours: Part time Monday-Thursday, 9am-1pm (there is some flexibility around this)

Salary: £11,500

Just Ask Financial Planning are looking for a financial services administrator to help grow the business to the next level.

This role would suit someone who is not afraid of a challenge and are able to adapt as the business grows. In the future, there will be an opportunity to turn this position into a full time role. Ability to demonstrate administrative skills is essential, attention to detail and an ability to be proactive is also fundamental.

Responsibilities:

• Process new business and input onto system
• Dealing with incoming calls, emails and post
• Chasing external providers for updates
• Manage expenses
• Raise invoices
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Scanning documents
• Ad-hoc duties as required, including client care responsibilities.

About you:

• Good attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with MS Office
• Experience in customer service
• Administrative experience of at least 1 year (experience in financial services is advantageous but not essential)
• Ability to work independently.
