What you’ll be doing:
As an administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our services by:
- Handling general office duties, including managing post, answering calls, and welcoming visitors.
- Keeping computer records and creating essential reports and spreadsheets.
- Coordinating timesheets and managing financial paperwork and policy communications.
- Supporting IT inventory, security systems, and training-related documentation.
- Assisting with recruitment processes, including preparing inductions, coordinating schedules, and monitoring training progress.
- Promoting great teamwork by supporting managers and colleagues to maintain positive relationships.
What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking an administrator who:
- Has strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Is proactive and enjoys a varied, hands-on role.
- Has experience in managing tasks related to training, recruitment, or IT administration (or is eager to learn!).
- Is committed to working with care, compassion, and professionalism to support our team and those we work with.
