- The successful candidates will be required to undertake de-boning and trimming of beef carcasses to customer specification whilst ensuring maximum meat yield is achieved.
- Previous experience of boning or trimming meat Previous experience of working in the food industry.

- Overtime after your basic hours will be at 1.5 rate.
